We understand that current events surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic may have caused you to re-think your plans and future road trips to Mexico.\u00a0Whether you already have a Mexican insurance policy for your road trip or are planning one, we will\u00a0be there to support you. Our offices will operate with normal hours. We are continually monitoring the situation, CDC notifications, travel restrictions and other travel advisories that may impact you.<\/p>\n

Early this week, we experienced heavy call volume, and we thank you for your patience while holding for our agents to help other customers with their change of plans. We are maintaining our policy in which we can cancel and refund any policy that has not started. If you need to make changes to your policy or have a question, please contact us at 800-222-0158<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

If you need to drive to Mexico and need a quote or start a new policy, we encourage everyone to contact your agent by phone or email and have the policy emailed to you. Should you need to pick up a policy, we also recommend to purchase over the phone so you will only stop by the office for pickup. We are happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
